District #6330 Club #2883
Becoming a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group of professionals who share your drive to give back. Over a meal or coffee, or even online, you’ll:
- Discuss your community’s needs and discover creative ways to meet them
- Expand your leadership and professional skills
- Catch up with good friends and meet new ones
Clubs accept new members by invitation, so we recommend you first reach out to a club in your area to learn more. It’s not only a good way to get to know us—it’s also a great way to get involved in your community.

Paisley Agricultural Society
The Paisley Agricultural Society is located in the heart of Bruce County, with the fairgrounds located along the beautiful Saugeen River. We extend a warm invitation to you and your family to join us.
The Paisley Agricultural Society is a non-profit organization run by volunteers, who work very hard each year to put on the Fair. The Fair consists of all types of competitions for all ages in baking, flowers, preserves, quilts, crafts, fruits and vegetables, plus added children’s competitions for pets and decorated bicycles. We have 4-H shows in beef, dairy and saddle horses and an extensive draft horse show covering several breeds. The agricultural focus of the fair is also an opportunity for our urban families to connect with rural living.
The Society continues to work hard to make changes to our Fair in order to make it informative, educational and fun for families and all who attend. Change and a willingness to be innovative has been a critical part of our past success, as we continue to evolve and improve our event.
Paisley Beef Fest is a celebration of local meats, and has had a long history in our town. Beef Fest is a great time for the whole family! We have lots of sponsors that help keep the kids entertainment free for visitors. We have lots going on throughout the weekend including Vendors Market Saturday and Sunday, the Beef Dinner at the Palace Saturday night, the Car Show & Shine on Sunday, and everyone’s favourite Open Air Dance and fireworks over the river on Sunday! We have shuttle buses running from Walkerton & Port Elgin for the dance. More than just great food and great family fun, Beef Fest is a great fundraiser. In the last 8 years, we’ve donated more than $80,000 back into the Paisley community.
Royal Canadian Legion and Ladies Auxiliary
Paisley Branch #295
Although the Legion main focuses continue to be remembering those who gave their lives for freedom, and looking after the needs of veterans, their dependants, and those still serving in the Canadian Forces; Legions throughout Ontario Command are also contributing to the well being of our neighbours by sponsoring community programs. Support for the communities we live in is one of our main beliefs.
Legions sponsor sports, youth programs, seniors programs, as well as supporting other organizations both financially and by supplying meeting rooms and halls for events. In some communities, the Legion Hall is the main meeting place for community and social events. Branches, zones and districts also raise funds to assist local organizations and regional organizations and facilities such as medical centres, medical research facilities and communities affected by natural disasters.
