Paisley Advocate

The Paisley Advocate is a monthly paper that Paisley community volunteers put together for the residents of Paisley.

The Paisley Advocate is a monthly paper that Paisley community volunteers put together for the residents of Paisley.

2000 copies go out to Paisley & the surrounding area on the first Thursday of each month, with about 300 of them paid subscriptions.

You are more than welcome to send in articles, events and photographs about Paisley to the editor for publication. We are always looking for volunteers to help with distribution, article writing and taking photos of the many, many, events that happen each month. Please let us know if you would like to help out!

The Paisley Advocate takes roughly 125 volunteer hours each month to put together. The generous help from our advertisers pays for the printing, ad designs & distribution of this service to our community.

Who gets the paper?

All people with a Paisley postbox or rural route, RR1, 2 Cargill, RR2, 3 Chesley and RR1, 2 Dobbinton should be receiving a free paper every month. If you get no junk mail, that could be a hindrance. If you are still NOT receiving the paper, you need to discuss that with the person delivering your mail.

If you live outside these areas, you can still get a free paper, if you pay the shipping of $33/year (US rate).
